* CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOURLY RENTALS AND AIRPORT RESERVATIONS *
Airport Reservations – No Shows will be charged at full fare. A credit card is required to make a reservation. Any airport reservation cancelled within a three (3) hour period of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base Rate, Driver Gratuity, and any accumulated expenses
Hourly Rentals – There is a $50 (fifty) cancellation fee on reservations cancelled in less than 2 business days of the rental.
**If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours of the booked rental, 50% percent of the booking total will be charged for loss of business on that vehicle**

If you are having a special event, a meeting or even a local convention where you need larger vehicles and coordination specialists, we have the Team and vehicle for you. Meeting Planners and DMCs lean on us to manage all the transportation details for all their events nationally.
2 (two) hour minimum rental required
